A to Z on a Plate - L

Welcome to L.  Things are looking up!  We are almost halfway through the alphabet and the month!  Yea!
This month is dedicated to writing poems each day for #NaPoWriMo, and #imagepoems.  and for the A-to-Z Challenge #AtoZChallenge, writing each day except Sundays, on a letter corresponding to each day in April.  See the sidebar navigation for links to the A-to-Z participants.  My challenge for myself has been to accumulate a vanity plate for every letter of the alphabet and then write a poem to go with it.
Please feel free to write a poem of your own to add to the fun.  Post it in comments or on your site, leaving me the link in your comment.  I will post the poems by others on Sundays.

Owl looked down from up above
His eyes discerning supper;
Wee mouse is not an expert as
A treetop-looker-upper.

  1. Just catching up for a few missed days -- loving the dancing pig, the ode to childhood and this newly-named mousie!

  2. My niece would love that 'lv2swm' plate, and my sister the 'lv2grdn' one.

    1. There have been a number of lv2 plates that I've missed getting pictures of. Seems a popular kind of plate here! LV2RITE - maybe I should have that one!

  3. Poor mouse's moments are numbered! Another great selection. Here's my choice, going with music again:

    sunshine tempo
    bop de bop bop, ditty bop bop
    let's jam for spring

    Had to abbreviate a bit in my tweet to fit it all in. Have to run to the library and bookstore. The life of a hard-working author...

    Peace, Brenda
