You have noticed something that I have been feeling and captured it in words.
It's a weird feeling of being slightly out of step for a while.
I always think of the song by Chicago, "does anyone really know what time it is?"
Now guess what I'm humming...
Well..as long as there is more sunshine, I can deal with discombobulation. I am tired of dark, dreary skies!
Dealing with the discombobulating daylight is better than not having those extra hours of sunlight!
I know, you've said it just right. I keep eating at about 7 o'clock, sun going down. It is strange to get up in the dark too.
I must say though that it is easier to lose that hour when you are retired!
