I retired before getting to use it in my classroom, but a black wall with chalk would be nice to have and easier to make clear the distinction between wall types.
I remember when we were allowed to draw on the walls of our old house when they had been stripped of wallpaper and before putting the new wallpaper on. That was fun. I wonder what the new owners thought of that sailing ship revealed when they changed wallpaper...Donna Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13738281869266957726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6604430404780110710.post-32494748925862875542016-08-03T19:27:15.158-04:002016-08-03T19:27:15.158-04:00Loved your story about your son turning your daugh...Loved your story about your son turning your daughter into a clown with markers. My son and daughter were exactly the same age when my son cut my daughter's hair off with a pair of children's paper scissors. When I came upon them - also playing very quietly - my son said to me: I tried to make Brinny bootiful, but it's not as easy as I thought it would be. Eeech!

Thanks for visiting my blog. We talked about having a playroom where the kids could draw on the walls all they wanted, but then we realized it would be hard to create boundaries on where they could and couldn't draw. Goodbye idea. Though I still like it.Crystal Collierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03912469552483168148noreply@blogger.com
