Today is Poetry Friday, hosted by Jama at Jama's Alphabet Soup.

Snow finally erased
from memory

Double take as

The new spring grass.

  2. So beautiful! I love the shocking transition between winter and spring. Just yesterday, my husband remarked, "Isn't it funny how we're always so surprised by spring?"

  8. Wonderful! I'd hoped to enjoy a bit of spring in Europe, but sadly, Mother Nature decided that winter would linger a bit longer.
